Providing immediate relief & solutions to underserved communities within Northern New Jersey

We bring immediate human needs to communities that are dealing with some form of food, housing. personal care, or healthcare insecurities By providing immediate low barrier impactful services & solutions, we are able to restore dignity, hope, & respect to those who need it most. Our wrap around services and intense case management provides a human-touch connection to those being served which helps to eliminate stigma or fear. Insecurities is not a one touch issue and we are prepared to assist the whole person on their journey of life to regain the steps to move forward. We work with many organizations to acheive our goals of providing quality services to communities: - Wellness Testing (NJCRI) - SUD/ MAT Services (Paterson RealFix Passaic County, Essex County QRT) - Peer Recovery Services (Mainstream Recovery) - Reentry (Habakkuk's Vision, Paterson Reentry, Transitioning Professionals) - Community Partners (Paterson Task Force, NJ Food and Clothing Rescue, Paterson Free Public Library, UCC, Wawa, YMCA(s) and many more)
Senior Homeless Intervention Program (SHIP)
- Assists with lowering out-of-pocket cost for medical insurance - Educational sessions - Provide prescription delivery services - Continuous support of food & warm clothing - Low income housing referrals and placement -And More
Street Team Operation Program (STOP) / Homeless Intervention Program (HIP)
- Assists unsheltered and housing insecure Individuals (22+) - Application assistance with PSE&G, SNAP, SSI/SSDI (Homeless Only), Personal Care Packages, Hot Meals/Food/Clothes/Snacks. - Case Management - Low income Housing Referrals - Healthcare enrollment - Mental health referrals - Reentry assistance for 55+ - Peer Recovery support & More - 125 Ellison Street Paterson, NJ Every Monday 12-2:30pm
Reentry and Drop-in Services
Located at 900 Main Street Suite A Paterson, NJ Every Tuesday 10-2pm & Thursdays 4-7pm - Medicaid Renewal / GA-SNAP-Medicaid Application Assistance - SSI/SSDI Application Assistance - Housing assistance and referrals - Employment & Training referrals -Reentry supportive housing
